Sam has been building for an impressive 20 years and has successfully managed a number of award-winning building projects in both New Zealand, and Australia.

Sam has worked with a number of New Zealand & Australia’s leading architects, and has vast experience with new technologies, materials and products. With extensive project management, construction and product knowledge, he brings a wealth of proficiency to any building site. He is forward thinking and continuously delivers outstanding results.

Sam and his wife have two young sons. He played professional rugby in the UK, and enjoys playing all sports, and travelling the world with his family.

BEN CALVIN

Ben’s attention to detail is second to none. He provides an exemplary level of workmanship, and takes an enormous amount of pride in his projects.

Ben believes in encouraging professionalism and teamwork, and enjoys building key relationships with his clients and colleagues. He is an exceptional project manager and believes that communication is imperative throughout any project.

Ben has a Bachelor of Commerce at Lincoln University.

Ben and his wife have three children, and he enjoys all sports, music, and travelling.

JOHN CALVIN

John has been developing and managing companies for an impressive 40+ years, and brings experienced business leadership and a wealth of knowledge to the Avenue Architectural Builders team. John has established a reputation as a trusted builder, who is always looking after the client’s best interests. 
‍
John takes an enormous amount of pride in constructing high quality architectural homes designed to withstand the unpredictable Canterbury conditions. He is a qualified carpenter and enjoys spending time on site.

John has a keen interest in sport, and spending time with his family.
